Rental Payments: Rental payments made be made via our online portal here.  Payments may also  be made in the Leasing Office by check or money order, made payable to The Ashley.

Maintenance Requests: Non-Emergency Maintenance Requests: In order to ensure expedited service, we encourage you to call the Leasing Office at 313-338-3917.

Emergency Maintenance Requests: For any after hours emergencies (flood, no hot water, no heat, no power), you may call our After Hours Emergency Maintenance Hotline at (800) 675-5040.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning Services: The laundry room is located on the 1st floor on the B side of the building. Bizzie Boxes, along with an informational pamphlet, can be found in the mail room. A local dry cleaner, Clifford Street Cleaners, offers door to door service. You may be pick up an express bag in the Leasing Office.

Rubbish: Rubbish may be placed inside the rubbish room on your floor. Please be sure all rubbish disposed of is inside a tied trash bag. Large items (boxes, furniture, and any other items that do not fit in a kitchen trash bag) may be disposed of in the dumpster in the alley.
